Botwawe ("we", "us") operates https://botwawe.io and the @botwawe_bot Telegram Mini App. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: Telegram user ID, username, first name, and profile photo when you sign in via Telegram; or email and password if you register on the website.
• Bot configuration: Your BotFather bot token, bot username, and the bot code and settings you create in your workspace.
• Usage data: Panel chat messages, dashboard analytics for your bots, subscription status, and payment reference amounts (not private keys).
• Payment data: We record USDT (TRC20) transaction hashes and amounts to confirm subscription payments. We do not store wallet private keys.

How we use information

• Provide the Botwawe builder, dashboard, webhooks, and AI assistant.
• Process subscriptions and support requests.
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality.

Data storage and security

Panel accounts are stored in MySQL. Each workspace has isolated SQLite storage for chat history, tokens, and bot files. We use HTTPS for all public endpoints. You are responsible for keeping your BotFather token confidential.

Third parties

We use Telegram Bot API, TRON blockchain APIs (TronGrid) for payment verification, and optional AI/voice providers configured by the operator. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting @WaweMaker.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting @WaweMaker.
